  • Acting for an individual in respect of claims made by the Trustee in Bankruptcy of transactions at an undervalue and transactions defrauding creditors, involving complex legal issues such as intermixing monies in bankruptcy and alleged gifts.
  • Bringing a private prosecution against a former employee and his partner, in relation to a high-value fraud and associated money laundering offences.
Professional Background

Serena trained at a major regional firm and qualified as a solicitor in Commercial Litigation in March 2022 before joining Ontier LLP in December 2022.
