Tara joined ONTIER LLP as a paralegal in August 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a paralegal at Arnold & Porter LLP in their Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice, and before that at Harcus Parker LLP and BNP Paribas. Tara has experience in corporate practice and also in commercial and individual litigation matters before various courts in London.

  • Assisting on high-profile defamation claims.

  • Assisted global pharmaceutical companies in defending product liability claims and maintaining regulatory requirements with various governments across EMEA.

  • Assisted on a disclosure exercise and review in a multi-jurisdictional dispute between international energy companies.

  • Drafting various commercial agreements, including SPAs, loan agreements joint venture agreements, intellectual property agreements, and company constitutional documents.

  • Drafting and delivering policy updates across an international banking group in response to incoming regulations. 

Pro Bono Experience

  • Volunteered at Support Through Court, which involved providing practical and personal support to litigants-in-person in the Royal Courts of Justice and Central Family Courts, included drafting statements, attending hearings, and filing documents.

  • Volunteered at the Camden Community Law Centre, which involved correspondence with the Home Office, conducting country research and client interviews, and case management.
