A few days ago the Madrid Bar Association hosted the official presentation of prestigious Administrative Law yearbook edited by Civitas, which features two articles drafted by ONTIER lawyers Pedro Rubio (Public Law Partner) and Adolfo Menéndez (Public Law Counsel).
The Administrative Law yearbook published by Civitas is one of the most prestigious publications in the sector, comprising 33 rigorous studies on highly topical practical issues in the field. Prestigious lawyers address the major problems and topical issues of the practical application of the current administrative legal system in the chapters of this yearbook.
Pedro Rubio has drafted Chapter 3: 'The responsibility of the legislating State and its relation to compulsory expropriation. Means of defence against legal deprivation of rights and economic interests.' Adolfo Menéndez has drafted Chapter 23 on 'Defence Industry: Inconsistencies between the Global Market and Control Powers.'
